Maja Lisa Engelhardt (born 1956) is a Danish painter. In addition to a great many one-woman shows in Denmark and abroad, she has produced works for Christiansborg Castle, Copenhagen University, Aarhus University, Roskilde University, and a score of churches. Her works have been used to illustrate books by authors ranging from the medieval historian Saxo Grammaticus to the Danish Romantic poet B. F. S. Ingemann and the modern Swedish novelist Pär Largerkvist.
